Can I convert scanned bank statements?
This specific tool works best with "selectable" text. For scanned images, please use our OCR PDF Tool first.
Why are some columns merged?
PDFs don't store table structures. We infer columns based on white space. You can manually edit the data in the preview before downloading.
Is there a page limit?
Since it runs in your browser, extremely large files (500+ pages) may be slow. We recommend extracting pages in batches.
Is it compatible with Google Sheets?
Yes. The downloaded .XLSX file can be opened directly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice, and Numbers.
